Order in Council 210/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996, Hélène Chayer was reappointed by O.C. 1023/2016 as a member of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office for a three year term, commencing June 12, 2016;

And whereas Ms Chayer resigned from the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office, effective December 15, 2017;

Now therefore O.C. 1023/2016 is hereby revoked, effective December 15, 2017.
