Order in Council 2154/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 813/2011, dated May 4, 2011, Dr. Arthur Grant Lawford was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Arthur Grant Lawford has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective September 26, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 813/2011, dated May 4, 2011, appointing Dr. Arthur Grant Lawford as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
