Order in Council 2156/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1372/2006, dated July 17, 2006, Dr. Denisha Naidoo was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And Whereas Dr. Denisha Naidoo has, in writing, resigned her appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective December 19, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1372/2006, dated July 17, 2006, appointing Dr. Denisha Naidoo as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
