Order in Council 2293/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 6(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 made under the Development Corporations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint members to the board of directors of eHealth Ontario;

And whereas pursuant to subsection 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 43/02, the Lieutenant Governor in Council has considered the knowledge, skill and experience of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario in areas pertaining to the health sector, information technology, business and financial matters, including management of public and private sector organizations in selecting the individual below;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of Ontario Regulation 43/02,

John Fraser of Toronto

be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, commencing on the date this Order in Council is made for a period not exceeding three years or the date on which Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked, whichever comes first.
