Order in Council 2330/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

A portion of highway in the City of Toronto, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of Lot 14, Concession 2, East of Yonge Street, Geographic Township of York, shown as Part 2 on a plan filed with the Ministry of Transportation, Central Region as P-2770-1032, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Titles Division of Toronto as Plan 66R-28790, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
