Order in Council 2331/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of proposed highway, in the City of Brampton, Geographic Township of Toronto, Regional Municipality of Peel, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7  on Ministry Plan P-5132-0000, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 23^rd day of August, 2016, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
