Order in Council 2332/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the City of Greater Sudbury, Geographic Township of Broder, District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 on Ministry Plan P-3128-101, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on October 21, 2014, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
