Order in Council 2333/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the County of Simcoe, Province of Ontario under the control and jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transportation being:
   1. In the Town of Collingwood and Township of Clearview, Geographic Township of Nottawasaga, shown as part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1904-0290, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on May 15, 2017; and
   2. In the Town of Wasaga Beach and Township of Clearview, Geographic Township of Nottawasaga, shown as part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1904-0293 filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on May 15, 2017,

   be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended; and

2. Order-in-Council OC-3314/94 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry Division of Simcoe as Instrument 01277581 designating the above-mentioned highway as a controlled-access highway be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of highway shown as part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1904-0142.
