Order in Council 2336/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway in the City of Vaughan (Geographic Township of Vaughan), Regional Municipality of York, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 to 6 on Ministry Plan P-2758-0257 and Parts 1 to 13 on Ministry Plan P-2758-0258, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on November 8, 2016, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended; and
2. The portions of highway in the City of Vaughan and Township of King (Geographic Township of King), Regional Municipality of York, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 to 12 on Ministry Plan P-2752-0157, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on November 8, 2016, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
