Order in Council 2338/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Town of Oakville (Geographic Township of Trafalgar), Regional Municipality of Halton, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-1939-0498, filed with the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, Ontario on July 12, 2017, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
