Order in Council 2339/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway, in the City of Mississauga, in the Regional Municipality of Peel, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of Lot 15, Concession 2, North of Dundas Street (Geographic Township of Toronto) and Part of Block 3, Registered Plan 43M-428 registered in the Land Titles Division of Peel Region, shown as parts 1 to 7 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5005-0323, being a Reference Plan deposited in the aforementioned Land Titles Division as 43R-37713, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
