Order in Council 2340/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway, in the City of Vaughan, Regional Municipality of York, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of the Road Allowance between Concessions 2 and 3 (Geographic Township of Vaughan), shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-1716-0347, filed in the Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto, on the 2nd day of June, 2017, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
