Order in Council 2341/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the City of Greater Sudbury, Geographic Township of Waters, District of Sudbury, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-3129-36, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on October 21, 2014, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
