Order in Council 2410/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Kathy Milsom as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 2014/2016 dated December 20, 2016;

and whereasKathy Milsom resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation;

and whereas it is necessary that her appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

now thereforeOrder in Council 2014/2016 is hereby revoked effective September 12, 2017.
