Order in Council 286/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make public appointments;

Whereas Aïssa Nauthoo of the City of Toronto was reappointed as a part-time member of the Provincial Advisory Committee on Francophone Affairs (the “Committee”) by Order in Council O.C. 371/2020 dated February 27, 2020;

Whereas the appointment of Aïssa Nauthoo to the Committee would expire on February 26, 2021;

Now therefore Aïssa Nauthoo is reappointed at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part time member of the Committee.

And further that such reappointment is for a term not exceeding two years and is effective from the date of this Order in Council.

And further that Aïssa Nauthoo will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses, including costs incurred for travel, meals and accommodation, in accordance with the Management Board of Cabinet Directives and the rate established thereunder.

And further that Aïssa Nauthoo will receive no remuneration for her services on behalf of the Committee.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 371/2020 is revoked.
