Order in Council 289/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to provisions of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation Act, Harald Thiel, of Toronto, be reappointed as a member and designated as chair of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Toronto Convention Centre Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Order in Council O.C 1670/2016 and Order in Council O.C 244/2013 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
