Order in Council 299/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

En vertu du paragraphe 32 (2) de la Loi sur le ministère des Services correctionnels, John Muise, de Toronto, est de nouveau nommé membre à temps partiel de la Commission ontarienne des libertés conditionnelles pour un mandat fixe de trois ans, la nomination prenant effet le 13 mai 2023.
