Order in Council 31/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act,

April Jeffs of Port Colborne

be reappointed as a member and designated as chair of The Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of January 31, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made.
