Order in Council 313/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 43/02 made under the Development Corporations Act the Lieutenant Governor in Council has considered the knowledge, skill and experience of the board of directors of eHealth Ontario in areas pertaining to the health sector, information technology, business and financial matters, including management of public and private sector organizations in selecting the individuals specified in Schedule 1 to this Order;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsections 6(1) and 6(3) of Ontario Regulation 43/02, the persons specified in Column A of Schedule 1 to this Order, be appointed on a part-time basis to the positions as specified in Column B of Schedule 1 to the board of directors of eHealth Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made, for a period not exceeding one year, or not extending past the date on which Ontario Regulation 43/02 is revoked, whichever comes first.
