Order in Council 317/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Securities Act

D. Grant Vingoe, of Toronto, Ontario

is re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term beginning on April 15, 2021 and ending no later than April 14, 2022; and

Pursuant to subsection 3(5) of the Securities Act, D. Grant Vingoe is re-designated as Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of his appointment as a member of the Commission; and

Pursuant to subsection 3.6 (6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act, D. Grant Vingoe is, for the term of his reappointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan;

And Order in Council O.C. 1002/2019 is hereby revoked effective April 15, 2021.
