Order in Council 320/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of Ontario Regulation 618/98 under the Development Corporations Act, David De Launay of the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective from the later of the date this Order in Council is made or March 11, 2018.
