On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), 7(2) and 7(6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, the persons specified in Column A of Schedule 1 to this Order, be appointed on a part-time basis to the positions as specified in Column B of Schedule 1 to the board of directors of the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
