Order in Council 326/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Ninder Thind of Mississauga be reappointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending November 24, 2026.

Further, whereas Ninder Thind was reappointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective November 25, 2023 by Order in Council O.C. 1414/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1414/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
