On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8.10(1), 8.10(2) and 8.10(3) of the Trillium Gift of Life Network Act, the persons specified in Column A of Schedule 1 to this Order, be appointed on a part-time basis to the positions as specified in Column B of Schedule 1 to the board of directors of the Trillium Gift of Life Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
