Order in Council 363/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Asifa Baig of Mississauga, reappointed by O.C. 658/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment effective February 4, 2023;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Naturopathy Act, 2007, Order in Council numbered O.C. 658/2021 be revoked.
