Order in Council 375/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1925/2013, dated December 11, 2013, Dorothy Cynthia Prince was reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the 16^th day of December 2013, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of her reappointment;

And whereas Dorothy Cynthia Prince has agreed to be further reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dorothy Cynthia Prince is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the 16^th day of December 2016, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this reappointment.
