Order in Council 412/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 387/84, dated February 16, 1984, Dr. David Powell Ouchterlony was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

and whereas Dr. David Powell Ouchterlony has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 1, 2018;

therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 387/84, dated February 16, 1984, appointing Dr. David Powell Ouchterlony as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
