Order in Council 435/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1158/2013, dated August 14, 2013, Dr. Fathi Abdusalam Gadhafi was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Fathi Abdusalam Gadhafi has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario effective March 20, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1158/2013, dated August 14, 2013, appointing Dr. Fathi Abdusalam Gadhafi as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
