Order in Council 435/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Shannon Braun of Mount Brydges be reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2019.

Further, whereas Shannon Braun was reappointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective January 1, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1372/2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1372/2018 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
