Order in Council 438/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Denise Dietrich of Waterloo be appointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending October 21, 2025.

Further, whereas Denise Dietrich was reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective October 22, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 1100/2022;

And further, whereas Denise Dietrich was appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 253/2022;

And whereas Denise Dietrich has resigned;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Orders in Council O.C. 1100/2022 and 253/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
