On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the Geographic Township of Kingston, now in the City of Kingston, in the County of Frontenac, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as set out below and described on the following Reference Plans deposited in the Registry Office for the Land Titles and Registry Divisions of Frontenac (No. 13) being,

  1. Part of Barrack Street, shown as Part 4 on Plan 13R-825 (Ministry Plan P-1639-100);
  2. Part of Queen Street, Original Survey Kingston City, shown as Part 1 on Plan 13R-21879 (Ministry Plan P-1639-167); and
  3. Part of the Bed of Lake Ontario (Kingston Harbour), shown as Part 2 on Plan 13R-21879 (Ministry Plan P-1639-167),

be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
