Order in Council 484/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2111/83, dated July 28, 1983, Dr. John Anthony Hofhuis was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. John Anthony Hofhuis has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective June 1, 2013;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2111/83, dated July 28, 1983, appointing Dr. John Anthony Hofhuis as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
