Order in Council 492/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marie-Louise Chartrand of Ottawa was re-appointed as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers by Order in Council O.C. 1787/2016, effective October 20, 2016, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year from the date that the Order in Council was made;

Now therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1787/2016 is amended such that the re-appointment of Marie-Louise Chartrand as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, shall be for a period effective October 20, 2016 and ending not later than October 19, 2017.
