Order in Council 493/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Gagné of Toronto was re-appointed as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers by Order in Council O.C. 1788/2016, effective November 3, 2016, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year from the date that the Order in Council was made;

Now therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1788/2016 is amended such that the re-appointment of Robert Gagné as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, shall be for a period effective November 3, 2016 and ending not later than November 2, 2017.
