Order in Council 538/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Lefebvre was reappointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of three years, effective February 27, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 188/2016;

And whereas Robert Lefebvre was reappointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of three years, effective February 27, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 193/2016;

And whereas Robert Lefebvre tendered his resignation effective January 31, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 188/2016 and 193/2016 be revoked effective January 31, 2017.
