On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario is committed to an ethical, timely and effective administration of a vaccine distribution plan in response to the covid-19 pandemic;

And whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C.1650/2020, made December 4, 2020, the Lieutenant Governor in Council established the covid-19 Vaccine Distribution Secretariat (the "Secretariat") as a Short Term Advisory Body to provide advice on the logistics and operational planning associated with delivering the covid-19 vaccines to Ontarians;

And whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C.1122/2021, made August 26, 2021, the Lieutenant Governor in Council extended the term of the Secretariat for the period ending December 31, 2021;

And whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C.1858/2021, made December 16, 2021, the Lieutenant Governor in Council extended the term of the Secretariat for the period ending March 31, 2022;

And whereas it is desirable to further extend the term of the Secretariat;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in right of Ontario with respect to the establishment of Short Term Advisory Bodies to assist Her Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities:

  1. The covid-19 Vaccine Distribution Secretariat (the "Secretariat") is hereby further extended for the period ending September 30, 2022.
  2. Each member of the Secretariat shall serve at the Ministers' pleasure for a period not extending beyond September 30, 2022.

Further, Orders in Council numbered O.C.1650/2020, made December 4, 2020, O.C. 1122/2021, made August 26, 2021, and O.C. 1858/2021, made December 16, 2021, are hereby revised and shall be interpreted accordingly.
