Order in Council 585/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, O.C. 1851/2023 dated December 8, 2023 reappointed Stephen Pellegrini as a director of the board of directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust for a period of 3 years effective the later of December 10, 2023 or the date the Order in Council was made;

And whereas, Stephen Pellegrini is to be designated as vice-chair of the Ontario Heritage Trust for a period ending on December 9, 2026;

And whereas Mr. Pellegrini’s designation as vice-chair cannot outlast his appointment as a director;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 5 of the Ontario Heritage Act,

Stephen Pellegrini of Kettleby

be designated as vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding the earlier of December 9, 2026 or the date of the revocation of O.C. 1851/2023, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
