Order in Council 587/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rayonier A.M. Canada G.P., by its general partners, Rayonier A.M. Canada Industries Inc. and Rayonier A.M. Canada Enterprises Inc., a general partnership existing under the laws of Ontario (the “Company”), desires to continue to operate a forest resource processing facility in Temiscaming, Quebec (the “Facility”);

And whereas the supply agreement numbered 536225 currently held by the Company was approved by Order in Council 1385/2002 and amended by Order in Council 345/2004 (the “Supply Agreement”);

And whereas the Supply Agreement requires the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council in order for the Minister of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (the “Minister”) to renew the Supply Agreement;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 11.1 of the Supply Agreement, the Minister is hereby given approval to renew the Supply Agreement with the Company for one year for a supply of Crown forest resources, being a maximum annual target volume of 168,600 cubic metres, to be made available to the Company for use at the Facility.
