Order in Council 594/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 76/2000, dated February 2, 2000, Dr. Darryl M. Wolski was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And whereas Dr. Darryl M. Wolski has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective September 16, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 76/2000, dated February 2, 2000, appointing Dr. Darryl M. Wolski as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
