Order in Council 596/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 274/2019 made February 28, 2019 (the “Establishment OIC”) established an Insurance Expert special advisor position as part of a review of Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (the “WSIB Operational Review”);

And whereas the Establishment OIC provided that the position shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Therefore, pursuant to the Establishment OIC,

Linda Regner Dykeman, Toronto

is hereby appointed as the Insurance Expert special advisor for the WSIB Operational Review to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period starting the date this Order in Council is made and not extending beyond August 26, 2019.
