Order in Council 638/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2 (2) of the Building Code Act, 1992 and clauses 77 (a) and (b) of the Legislation Act, 2006,

Rory Burke of Markham

be appointed deputy of the Director of the Building and Development Branch of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing;

Further that Order in Council 1078/2017 be revoked.
