Order in Council 64/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008,

Gadi Mayman, of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, he be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment;

And further that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, he be re-designated as a vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
