Order in Council 650/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Audette Shephard was reappointed as part-time member of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective January 1, 2023 by Order in Council O.C.1369/2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995, Audette Shephard of Scarborough be designated as vice-chair of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for up to the remainder of her appointment as part-time member, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
