Order in Council 654/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Syine  and in the Township of Terrace Bay, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2843-16, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 8^th day of August, 2016, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50, as amended.
