Order in Council 658/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Boys, in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as:

1. Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2522-41, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Misc. 827;
2. Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2522-44, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as Misc. 835; and
3. Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2522-46, being a Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Kenora as KN24779;

be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50, as amended.
