Order in Council 659/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michelle Garraway was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 2, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1624/2021;

And whereas Michelle Garraway was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (English) for a fixed term effective March 4, 2022 and ending December 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 427/2022;

And whereas Michelle Garraway tendered her resignation effective March 28, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Orders in Council O.C. 1624/2021 and 427/2022 be revoked effective March 28, 2023.
