Order in Council 660/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Huntingdon, now in the Municipality of Centre Hastings, in the County of Hastings, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1 to 4 inclusive on Ministry Plan P-6057-32  filed with the Record Services Unit, Eastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Kingston on October 5, 2016, be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O, 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
