Order in Council 661/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the County of Brant, Geographic Township of Brantford, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being:

• part of Lots 30 and 31 and Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 30 and 31, Concession 1, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2519-37, filed with the Record Services Unit, West Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at London, Ontario on April 18, 2016,

be designated as the King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended;
