On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to section  3 of the Centennial Centre of Science and Technology Act,

Ken MacDonald of Markham

be appointed as trustee of The Centennial Centre of Science and Technology to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
