Order in Council 662/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of proposed highway in the Geographic Township of Huntingdon, now in the Municipality of Centre Hastings, in the County of Hastings, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as set out below and described on the following Reference Plans deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Hastings (No 21):

1. Parts 1, 2, 3, 7 to 12 inclusive, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20 and 21 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-6057-16, being Reference Plan 21R-20904;
2. Parts 1, 3 and 4 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-6057-26, being Reference Plan 21R-21438; and
3. Parts 1, 2, 4, 6 to 9 inclusive, 11, 12, 14 and 16 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-6057-27, being Reference Plan 21R-21439,

be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
